In this high stress and uncertain time, we are aware that you may have concerns
about coming into the office for your medical visits.
We are committed to a patient experience that is fueled by integrity and respect.
We work hard to ensure that all of our patients are comfortable and
that all of their questions and concerns are addressed.
In response to the recent COVID-19 outbreak in the United States,
we have initiated the following procedures:
We have created a separate entrance and dedicated screening/exam rooms for patients with acute respiratory/flu symptoms. This area has a completely separate ventilation system and will prevent airborne respiratory droplets from passing from one area of the building to another.
Our staff has always been diligent with sanitizing patient care areas and during this time of concern
, we have implemented a schedule that has patient care areas, restrooms,
and waiting areas sanitized even more frequently.
We are pre-screening patients by phone to limit wait time in the waiting area
and exposure to the team and other patients.
We have implemented additional cell phone lines to be used specifically for pre-screening services
to assure that main lines are available to patients needing to schedule or speak with our patient representatives. We do ask that every patient coming for an appointment call ahead of time and report if they have developed any cold or flu-like symptoms such as fever or cough since scheduling.

Telehealth services are being offered to patients who are exhibiting upper respiratory or flu-like symptoms as well as patients who prefer to continue to social distance.
We will remain diligent and will continue to evolve with all precautions necessary to ensure your continuity of care in an environment that you can feel safe and comfortable in.
